School Field Trips

Fall is in the air and we would like to invite you to the upcoming 10th Annual Pumpkin Festival to be held in Hugo, Oklahoma.  The festival will be open for School/Group Field Trips from September 29th- October 31st, 2025, Monday thru Thursday between 9:00 am – 2:00 pm and Fridays 9:00-10:30. Monday-Thursday sessions are available at 9:00 am, 10:30 am, and 12:30 pm; Friday session is at 9:00 am only.

 

This well organized event will provide attendees with a fun-filled outing and a unique educational opportunity with featured attractions. The always fun Jump Pad, Obstacle Course, Elephant Barrel Train, and more.  Each station can be utilized as a great source of physical activity and active play.  Students will also be provided a special experience when they are introduced to the endangered Asian Elephants during and all new the hayride through the Endangered Ark Foundation Elephant Reserve and through new educational interactive stations.

 

As a special promotion to our local schools, daycares, churches and youth organizations, we would like to extend an invitation for you and your students to participate in the School/Group Field Trip opportunity during the 8th Annual Hugo Pumpkin Festival.

 

The Pumpkin Patch will be available for students, teachers, and parents.  Pumpkins will be discounted exclusively for Field Trip attendees.  Pumpkins begin as low as $2. There will also be other items to purchase if desired, including $2 concession snacks.

 

School/Group Field will provide participants the opportunity to experience and enjoy the beautiful outdoor fall weather and featured attractions including the Pumpkin Patch, Hayride through the Elephant Reserve, Giant Inflatable Jump Pad, Hay Mountain, Super Slide, Barrel Train, Obstacle Course, and a fun new Educational Interactive Corner all at a discounted price of $5.00 per student/person.  Proceeds will be donated to continue the quality care of the elephants residing at the Endangered Ark Foundation. 

 

Students will be provided 1 ½ hour session to enjoy all the festivities.  Parents and teachers are welcome to participate in the fun as well. Each Parent/Guardian may also utilize the Student Admission Fee of $5.00 to enter, as always teachers are free.  You can select which session would best accommodate your schedule by completing the section below to participate.

Last hay ride ends 30 minutes before closing.
